Maintenance Staff (Open for Fresher)

We are looking for a Maintenance Staff to support laboratory operations by ensuring testing equipment is reliable, well-maintained, and compliant with quality and accreditation requirements. The role focuses on equipment maintenance, calibration management, troubleshooting, and technical support.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and troubleshooting of laboratory testing equipment to ensure optimal performance and equipment uptime.Manage calibration schedules, coordinate calibration activities, and maintain compliance with quality and accreditation requirements.Liaise with equipment suppliers and service providers for repairs, maintenance support, spare parts, and new equipment procurement.Maintain maintenance records, technical documentation, and support audit and compliance activities.Provide technical support to laboratory operations and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. College degree or above in Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Automation, or related fields.Experience in equipment maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, or technical support is preferred.Good communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive mindset.Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
