Responsibilities:• Overall management for CFS operations, in a strategic and cost-effective way.• Drive and take the lead to plan, propose initiatives or suggestions for work improvement projects, and competitive value-added services to our clients• Work proactively and closely with related business stakeholders to meet the customers’ expectations, manage project implementation and execution to achieve objectives of profit growth, and ensure KPIs met• Ensure the operations are being managed in full compliance with company policies and lawful regulations• Supervise and control all related custom process regarding to CFS and bonded warehouse operation• Ensure that HSSE is executed in line with Maersk initiatives at all times• Follow up on target KPI’s and recommend process improvements and adopt lean logistics practices and a continuous improvement mindset:• Take training/ coaching to supervisor/ workforce who under your report line• Work in conjunction with Maersk HR for recruiting, training, warning, terminating the labor contract and paying employee interests according to Vietnam labor law• Follow up administration issues for day by day labor requirements• Organize and attend necessary weekly and monthly meetings with Supervisors and/or labor groups to understand and deal with any issues and to issue timely instruction on changes or improvements when required• Ensure that KPI’s are produced in full and on time• Strengthen team through training and development.End results• New customers onboarding and go-live smoothly• All inbound & outbound shipments proceed as a plan with no delay and penalty or extra cost will incur• Continuous improvement in operations processes• Customers satisfactionAccountabilities:• Achieve KPI of operations• Adhere to company policy Education:• Bachelor’s DegreeProfessional Qualification/Certification:• Preferably with Professional CertificationExperience:• 3-5 years of professional experience in contract logistics/distribution center operations/Customer service• Solid experience in managing the sizable team• Knowledgeable in CFS and operation processes.• Strong experience in customs related.• Analytical and strategic thinking• Strong customer mindset• Result-orientated, good business sense, and hands-on• Proactive, detail-minded, and continuous improvement• Sound negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, WMS, TMS• Good English communication skills (verbal & written)BENEFIT:- 15 days annual leave & 7 days sick leave- 2 paid holidays in December- Comprehensive health insurance (including eligible family members)- 24/7 personal accident & life insurance- Annual performance-based salary review- 13th-month salary & performance bonuses- Training & personal development opportunities Ngành nghề: Vận chuyển / Giao nhận / Kho vận, Xuất nhập khẩu, Sản xuất / Vận hành sản xuất Kinh nghiệm: 3 Năm Cấp bậc: Quản lý Hình thức: Nhân viên chính thức Địa điểm: Bình Dương
