Position: Mandarin Logistics Supervisor

Industry: Biggest Logistics Firm

Location: Cebu City

Schedule: Midshift Schedule | (Monday to Friday at 12 noon to 9 pm)

Salary: Php90,000 - Php100,000

Work Set-up: Work On-site

HMO: Php 150,000 maximum benefit limit with 2 free dependents

Php 10,000 medicine reimbursement

13th-month pay

Open to Filipino and Filipinos who are proficient in Mandarin and English.

Bachelor's Degree holder.

Having an exposure in logistics, financial analysis, with exposure to ERP/MRP systems and customer management is a plus.

With atleast 2 years of experience in handling a team.

With experience in accounting software and systems.

Monitor team performance using KPI reports, scorecards, and service level agreements (SLAs) to achieve operational targets and maintain service quality.

Oversee logistics audit processes to identify, investigate, and resolve audit exceptions while ensuring compliance with client requirements and established procedures.

Collaborate with carriers, clients, and cross-functional teams to resolve escalations, address concerns, and ensure efficient service delivery.

Lead and supervise a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors managing client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, ensuring accurate and timely completion of audit operations.

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and work instructions while providing coaching and guidance to team members to improve performance and operational efficiency.
