Bachelor’s degree in any course.

Having at least a year of technical support and customer service is a big advantage.

Having experience in Web-hosting accounts is a big advantage.

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and the internet environment.

Assist Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking clients through email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems.

Troubleshoot certificate-related issues across various operating systems, devices, web servers, and software applications.

Provide first-level technical support to customers regarding security service products such as SSL certificates, PKI, and digital identity solutions.

Monitor and respond to support tickets within the required Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Guide customers through installation, configuration, and renewal of SSL certificates and security products.
