Program Highlights- Rotate through Color Lab, Dyeing, Winding & Packing, Warehouse, Quality, and Planning departments.
Lead cross-functional improvement projects.
Participate in Lean, Kaizen, productivity, and automation initiatives.
Engage in a structured leadership development program lasting 12–18 months.
Receive mentoring and coaching from senior managers.
Gain exposure to advanced manufacturing technologies and best practices.
Develop leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.Career OpportunitiesSuccessful candidates will be developed for future positions such as: engineer, specialist, supervisor, superintendent and manager.Working Location:Gunzetal Vietnam Co., Ltd. – No 20, VSIP II-A, Street 32, Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park II-A, Vinh Tan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. And optional in Guangzhou and Shanghai, China depends on the training requested. Who We Are Looking For- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Textile Engineering, Dyeing, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
2–6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Preferably from textile, dyeing, yarn, thread, garment, chemical, or related industries.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production management.
Experience in Continuous Improvement (CI), Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, or operational excellence initiatives.
Knowledge of automation systems, process control, digital manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 applications.
Experience using Sedo Master or similar MES/ERP/manufacturing monitoring systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Good English communication skills.
