Komaspec is looking for a Manufacturing supervisor who oversees production teams to ensure efficient manufacturing processes, quality output, and safety compliance
The Manufacturing supervisor will be responsible to set daily/weekly/monthly production goals, assign tasks, monitor workflows, and coach production team leader on performance. He will verify product quality, maintain equipment, analyze efficiency issues, and report metrics to management.
