Marketing Intern

Position:  Creative Marketing Intern

Location: MacPherson, Singapore (On-site, 5 days/week)

Duration: 6 months

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1 hour unpaid lunch break)

Work Schedule: Shift weeks — weekday and weekend days vary on a rotating basis

Allowance: SGD 800 (Poly) – 1200 (Uni) / month

What You'll Do

Your primary focus will be content creation and social media marketing — creating content that actually gets watched, building our community, and keeping Spoink relevant in a fast-moving space.

Create and manage short-form content for TikTok and Instagram Reels, including campaign planning, content ideation, and community engagement

Assist with influencer and livestreamer coordination and management

Ad hoc duties as assigned — which may include basic 3D and UV printer operations, and support for pop-up events and other marketing activities

Heads up: We run events every weekend, so interns work on a rotating shift schedule — your 5 working days will rotate across weekdays and weekends. You'll always have 2 days off, just not always on a fixed Saturday/Sunday.

Who We're Looking For

Polytechnic or University students studying Marketing, Communications, or related fields

Active TikTok, Instagram, Rednote user who keeps up with trends and understands what makes content perform

Creative, energetic, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people

Flexible with a rotating shift schedule, including weekends

Self-starter who can take initiative in a startup environment

Bonus: into cute things, anime, gaming, fidget toys, squishies, or anything in the satisfying/sensory space
