Manage improvement projects (OPEX), and machinery installation projects (CAPEX) aimed at improving productivity, safety, quality, availability, reliability, etc.Work with Production, PQC, EHS, and Maintenance team to understand their needs as end-users, conduct research and analyze technical requirements to develop design concepts and propose optimal engineering solutions.Create a Scope of Work (if supplier and contractor required) including installation standards, acceptance standards, technical drawings, technical specifications, etc. Collaborate with Purchasing to clarify requirements for suppliers and contractorsDevelop technical drawings and submit designs for approval.Create and implement schedules for project implementation. Regularly report and align project progress to direct manager.Perform contractor supervision and licensing procedures which includes safety requirements for contractors, project team, end-users.Inspect details during installation process.Prepare training materials related to machinery and equipment of assigned projects. Conduct training for end-users and related departments.Take responsibility for the progress, quality, and safety of all assigned projects.Monitor finished projects delivered to end-users and ensure all issues resolved (if any).Perform other tasks as required by line managers. 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation, or related fields2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.3. Technical Competencies:Foundational knowledge in mechanical engineering and mechatronics.Basic understanding of hydraulic systems: oil pumps, oil valves, hydraulic cylinders, etc.Basic understanding of pneumatic circuits: air compressors, control valves, cylinders, and other actuators.Basic understanding of mechanical transmission mechanisms (belts, sprockets, bearings, etc.).4. Skills & Ability:Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power-Point.Proficiency in Technical Drawing softwares: Solid Work, Autocad.Ability to work under pressure of schedules.Communication and presentation skills.Teamwork skills.Time management skills.
