Mechanical Engineer Trainee - KCN Long Hậu

Monitor and ensure that all machinery & equipment in the production lines operates properly, avoiding unexpected breakdowns. Participate in troubleshooting to ensure continuous machine operation across all production lines.Proactively participate in the implementation of PM Foundation, Preventive Maintenance activities (AM, PM).Proactively inspect and review production lines to detect abnormalities, support shift maintenance to prevent unexpected breakdowns, and rectify unsafe conditions related to assigned machinery & equipment.Participate in rEWO analysis of equipment failures, identify root causes, propose and implement solutions to increase equipment lifespan, reduce breakdowns, and prevent recurrence.Consolidate maintenance plans for execution in maintenance days based on existing abnormalities and in-shift failures. Support supervisor in monitoring maintenance work in maintenance days.Control unsafety risks, supervise mechanical technicians and contractors during maintenance, repair, improvement & installation projects of machinery & equipment.Develop work instructions (OPL, SMP, etc.) related to mechanical maintenance within the plant.Participate in WCM projects to reduce equipment breakdowns and improve 5S. Manage improvement projects for machinery and equipment as assigned.Create a Scope of Work (if supplier and contractor required) including installation standards, acceptance standards, technical drawings, technical specifications, etc. Collaborate with Purchasing to clarify

for suppliers and contractorsDevelop technical drawings and submit designs for approval.Inspect details during installation process.Perform other tasks as required by line managers.
