Monitor the grogress of fabric & trims to meet all required T&A.Collaborate with internal technical depts for the best execution of the products.Maintain all records in good & systematic order.Monitor local/overseas gmt factories to deliver the quality product with on time delivery.Work within the division according to business objectives and strategies set down by the management;Ensure seamless coordination with internal colleagues related to production and development issues;Manage and lead associates within the division to ensure compliance with job responsibilities and objectives,Market research & sourcing.Work closely with other departments to meet all the deadlines, T&A.
