★☆★ Pricing Staff – Forwarding Department fluent in English

Responsible for receiving and processing quotation requests, collecting and updating freight rates and logistics service costs, with primary focus on Air Freight Pricing. The position will also support Sea Freight, Warehouse, CBT, Local Trucking, Customs and other logistics services. Ensure quotations are accurate, competitive and timely to support Sales/CS and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Quotation Handling

Receive quotation requests from Sales/CS and provide accurate quotations within the committed leadtime

Advise Sales/CS on optimal transport solutions in terms of cost, transit time, and service quality.

Cost Collection & Update

Collect and update costs for the following services: Air freight, Sea freight, Warehouse, Cross-Border Trucking (CBT), Local trucking, customs declaration, and license application services.

Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs, co-loaders, overseas agents, and service providers to obtain the most competitive rates.

Build, update, and maintain standard rate sheets for each trade lane and customer segment.

Market Analysis & Pricing recommendations

Monitor market rate fluctuations, space availability, and transport trends.

Prepare market rate updates and provide pricing recommendations to the Pricing Supervisor/Manager.

Vendor Management & Development

Maintain and expand a supplier network: shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, warehouses, and customs brokers.

Compare rates from multiple sources and negotiate to optimize transportation costs.

Regularly evaluate supplier performance based on price, service quality, and responsiveness.

Internal Coordination & Process Improvement

Work closely with the Operations team to update transport capacity, additional costs, and market conditions.

Recommend improvements to pricing policies and pricing processes to shorten response time and increase efficiency.

Chế Độ Đãi Ngộ & Phúc Lợi

Salary range: 15,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND

Working Hours: 8:00-17:00 or 8:30 - 17:30, 2 Saturday/month (Work from home)

Social insurance paid in full salary, health insurance

13th month salary + Bonus according to year-end KPI evaluation

Salary review: Once per year

Annual Leaves: 12 days

Allowance: Attendance, lunch, transportation, foreign language (TOEIC 850 OR IELTS 6.5, N1, N2) and etc.

Holiday allowance: 500,000 VND 3 time/year

At least 2–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics, preferably in Pricing/Procurement.

Candidates with practical experience in Air Freight Pricing are highly preferred. Experience in Sea Freight, CBT, Local Trucking, Warehouse, Customs or other logistics services is an advantage

University graduated, major in Economics, Foreign Trade, Maritime and so on.

Fluent in English (listening, speaking and writing skill), Microsoft office

High responsibility, flexibility, hard-working, and willing to learn more.

Good negotiation and vendor management skills

Ability to work independently and teamwork with multiple tasks and time management skill.

Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Able to handle multiple quotation requests and work under time pressure.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Good command of English, especially email communication and reading. TOEIC 650 or equivalent is preferred.
