NPI PROJECT LEADER

JOB PURPOSE:Lead projects in coordination with the Key Account Manager and Cross-Functional Teams, provide product support during series production, take responsibility for the APQP process, manage, motivate, and develop the project team, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within the approved budget

Communication with KAM or customer to make clear of all customer requirementsInternal kick-off meeting, CFT team build and information transfer (customer requirements, timing, target…)Project process control (including budget, timing, quality, and sourcing)Internal project communication with CFT membersPPAP file collection and submitRisk managementCustomer audit supportEngineering change (from customer) process controlWhole project APQP process managementSupport after SOPProject status report to managing director.
