Ocean Export Document - Deputy Manager

Customer Services & Document:- Getting booking from Carrier / Coloader - Receiving and solving all requests from Customer, oversea agent & related sections- Issuing Draft HB/L through system- Submitting SI + VGM to Carrier, Submitting AFR/AMS/ACI-ISF- Sending D/I to Overseas Agent- Issuing debit notes / Invoice to Customer or related party- Collect Customer payment- Tracing / updating sailing schedule of shipment to related party- Follow up on the ISO and SOP in daily jobs- Oversee and support the operations of the export documentation team- Work with MGR to set day-to-day operational objectives and KPIs for the team.
