Experience in:

Profee-IP (E&M) Coding

OP (E&M) Coding

At least 1 year of Coding QA experience

Active CPC or COC certification — REQUIRED

BS Nursing or Medical Allied graduate

Strong knowledge of outpatient coding guidelines

Strong auditing and quality assurance experience

We are looking for an experienced OP Coding QA professional with strong outpatient coding and quality assurance experience.

The role is responsible for reviewing coding accuracy, identifying coding discrepancies, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with applicable coding guidelines and client requirements.

Conduct quality audits of outpatient coding

Review Profee-IP (E&M) and OP (E&M) coding

Identify coding errors and discrepancies

Provide feedback and coaching based on audit findings

Ensure coding accuracy and compliance

Monitor quality trends and recurring coding issues

Prepare QA reports and documentation

Support continuous improvement of coding quality and processes

Outpatient Coding:

5+ years of OP Coding experience

Profee-IP (E&M)

OP (E&M)

Quality Assurance:

1+ year of Coding QA experience — MUST HAVE

Certification:

CPC or COC — REQUIRED
