Operation Specialist (Freight fowarding/Hai Phong)

Working location: Hai Phong Customer & Account CoordinationAssist to Operation Account Manager maintaining close communication with client's relevant teams.Understand client's logistics requirements, shipment plans and operational priorities.Coordinate and align client's orders across SF entities in Vietnam, China, Indonesia and India.Consolidate and monitor shipment information to ensure all parties are aligned with customer

and schedules.Proactively identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams to provide timely solutions.Shipment & Operation ManagementOversee and monitor the end-to-end shipment process, covering both Air Freight and Sea Freight.Coordinate with CS, Operation and other relevant teams in different countries to ensure shipments are handled smoothly and delivered according to agreed schedules.Follow up on shipment status, exceptions, delays and operational issues, and ensure timely escalation and resolution.Ensure accurate and timely communication of shipment information between client and SF entities.Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.Cross-functional & Cross-country CoordinationWork closely with SF Vietnam, SF China, SF Indonesia, SF India and other relevant SF entities to ensure seamless cross-border operations.Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, Sales, Warehouse, Customs and other internal functions when required.Establish effective communication and escalation mechanisms among different teams and entities.Support the implementation of operational processes and service improvements for the client account.Reporting & Performance ManagementPrepare regular operational updates, shipment reports and issue summaries for management.Monitor key operational KPIs, service performance and customer requirements.Escalate critical operational issues and provide recommendations to management. Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Transportation or related fields.At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry.Strong experience in both Air Freight and Sea Freight operations is required.Proven experience in managing key accounts or large-scale customers is highly preferred.Experience working with automotive customers / automotive supply chains is a strong advantage.Experience in multinational logistics organizations and cross-border operations is preferred.SkillsStrong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.Strong understanding of international freight forwarding processes and shipment operations.Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across different countries and time zones.Strong ownership, sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.Good analytical and reporting skills.Strong communication and negotiation skills.LanguageEnglish: Good working proficiency is required, especially for communication with overseas SF entities and international stakeholders.
