Operations Management

Assist in scheduling and coordinating cleaning teams across multiple sites

Support deployment planning for cleaners and floater staff

Monitor service quality and follow up on client feedback

Assist in improving internal SOPs and operational processes

Business Growth

Support lead generation and partnership outreach

Assist with market research and competitor analysis

Work on marketing initiatives (LinkedIn, outreach campaigns, etc.)

Help identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and scalability

Startup Exposure

Work directly with the Founder

Learn how service businesses scale operations

Gain insight into automation, robotics, and tech integration in facility management

What We Are Looking For

Undergraduate / Polytechnic student (Business, Operations, Entrepreneurship, or related fields)

Organized and detail-oriented

Strong communication skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Proactive and willing to take initiative
