Purchasing and inventory planning– Cooperate wit Sales/sales support team to get customer demand forecast analyze to understand the trend, verify the reason of fluctuation– Get quotation from factories, negotiate price and relating terms– Issue purchasing order to factories, control purchasing price, prepare standard stock, safety stock following purchasing budget– Monitor and manage stock on hand daily to ensure delivery to customers– Work closely with supplier for every purchasing/ delivery/ quality issue2. Warehouse and Logistics controlling– Corporate with logistics agency for all related documents, procedures, process for import and export (HS code, tax rate, CO, customs clearance…)– Follow up together with logistics agency to finish import-export procedure in time and efficiently– Finding suitable forwarder, control relating fee/cost– Supervise /instruct warehouse to ensure smooth inbound an outbound, and proper warehouse operation.
