Design optical systems and evaluate their performance; simulation experience is an advantage.
Propose optical design concepts, tolerance budgets, and qualification approaches.
Provide specifications for optical components and ensure manufacturability alignment.
Track and analyze optical performance data and simulation outputs.
Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure design compatibility.
Support assembly process validation and design‑for‑manufacturing (DFM) reviews.
Define optical testing and characterization methods. Experience in Physics, EE, or related fields.Experience designing optical systems. Background in stray light analysis, physical optics, or coherent optical effects.Proficiency in EnglishStrong understanding of optical system design, tolerancing, and optimizationFamiliarity with sensing or metrology optical systems is an advantage.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
