PCBA Repairing Operator

Perform repair and rework on PCB/PCBA products according to work instructions.

Identify and troubleshoot basic PCB/PCBA defects found during production or inspection.

Perform soldering, component replacement and rework as required.

Use basic tools and equipment such as soldering iron, hot air station and multimeter.

Inspect repaired boards to ensure the repair is completed properly.

Record repair and defect information accurately.

Separate defective and repaired products to prevent product mixing.

Report serious or repeated defects to the supervisor or relevant department.

Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards at the repair workstation.
