Manage customer demand, production capacity and production planning to ensure operational efficiency and on-time delivery.Monitor inventory and material availability, optimise stock levels, and minimise stockouts and slow-moving/obsolete inventory.Manage purchasing activities, including supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, purchase orders and supplier performance.Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, warehouse and internal teams to ensure materials are delivered on time and resolve delivery or quality issues.Lead and supervise the Planning & Purchasing team, set objectives, provide guidance and support team development.Monitor market conditions and identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.Use ERP data and supply chain information to support daily operations and continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning or related fields.4+ years of experience in Planning, Purchasing or Supply Chain, including 1+ years in a supervisory role.Good English communication skills.Strong negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office; and Dynamics 365 experience is an advantage.Experience in footwear manufacturing is preferred Ngành nghề: Thu mua / Vật tư, Dệt may / Da giày / Thời trang Kinh nghiệm: 3 Năm Cấp bậc: Trưởng nhóm / Giám sát Hình thức: Bán thời gian Địa điểm: Bình Dương
