Leads pricing governance, drives margin improvement initiatives, standardizes pricing frameworks across entities, and provides data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES1. Pricing Strategy & Governance: Develop and implement group-wide pricing strategy for healthcare services and products. Establish pricing governance framework, approval matrix, and discount policies. Standardize pricing structure across hospitals while allowing flexibility by market segment. Lead annual pricing review and adjustment cycles. Ensure compliance with regulatory and healthcare pricing guidelines.
