About the Job:

We are looking for an Audit Supervisor to lead a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors across multiple regions. In this role, you will oversee daily audit operations, ensure the timely and accurate resolution of audit exceptions, monitor team performance against client service metrics, and maintain effective relationships with carriers and clients. You will also manage workflows, identify process improvements, maintain accurate audit documentation, and coach team members to ensure efficient operations and consistent service quality.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, preferably in audit, logistics, or operations.

Experience in a global shared services environment, BPO company, or international logistics is required.

Familiarity with relevant software, business systems, and ERP/MRP platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and improve operational efficiency.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
