Procurement Manager

We are looking for:

Direct management of analysts in procurement operations.

At least 3 years of people leadership experience.

Background in shared services, BPO, or similar.

Lead procurement service delivery operations to ensure timely, high‑quality, and efficient support.

Manage and develop analyst‑level teams, including task allocation, coaching, and performance management.

Drive sourcing methods, process improvements, and compliance with corporate policies and standards.

Oversee short‑term projects and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring deliverables and deadlines are met.

Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve issues, expedite work, and align with business needs.

Provide leadership and problem‑solving expertise, influencing operational decisions across work groups.

Provide day‑to‑day leadership and coaching to direct reports, ensuring continuous development and performance improvement.

Manage work allocation and monitor productivity, driving achievement of service levels and quality standards.

Conduct performance reviews and deliver ongoing feedback, supporting employee growth and career planning.

Ensure compliance with corporate and site policies, addressing policy‑related issues appropriately.

Oversee workforce vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring effective collaboration and service delivery.
