Engineering drafting

Prepare and sustain Profile Cutting Planning for Aluminium Parts, in support of Production Planning & Scheduling by Production Supervisor.

Maintain & improve Cutting Optimization Tool & Database.

Support Inventory Management tasks by Storekeeper, and conduct inventory analysis and periodic cycle counting to improve Inventory Accuracy.

Perform Quality Control (Incoming, Process, Outgoing) for Product and Parts.

Maintain all Quality Control documents per ISO 9001 standards.

Perform drawing and design of existing and new parts with 2D & 3D drawing & modelling software supporting the Engineering Manager.

Maintain product development processes with drawing updates and perform electronic filling according to company standards.

Maintain Engineering Database consisting of Drawings & Models according to ISO 9001 documentation requirements.

Apply the use of Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Methods in Business Processes. Working Experience Requirements:

Multi-Skilled Manufacturing Professional with 2 to 5 Years solid working experience, preferably in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), Machinery & Equipment Manufacturing and/or Metal Fabrication/Processing Industry), with Flexibility, Initiative, Creativity and Willingness to Learn & Change in a local SME with local & global customers.

Practical Experience in Production Planning, Quality Control (QC), Inventory Analysis and Engineering Drafting.

Implementation experience using Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methods.

CAD 2D and Modelling 3D at Intermediate Level with AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Solidworks or CATIA.

Design & Maintenance of Excel / Access / SQL Database.

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, Mechatronics or equivalent) OR,

Polytechnic Certificate / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, Material, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent).
