I. Job SummaryResponsible for accurate production data entry, consolidation, and reportingProvide administrative and secretarial support for daily production operationsII. Key ResponsibilitiesCollect daily production dataEnter production output, raw material, and chemical consumption data into ERP and reporting systemsVerify and consolidate shift reports, batch records, and log sheetsPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and consumption reportsRecord attendance, overtime, and shift schedules of productionPrepare manpower and overtime-related reports for the production departmentPrepare, update, and control production-related forms and documentsManage document filing, archiving, and retrieval in accordance with proceduresSupport ISO, internal audit, and external audit documentationPerform other administrative tasks as assigned I. Education:University or college degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, Information Systems, or other related fieldsII. Skills:Proficient English in communication and reportingProficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointCommunication skills and teamwork mindsetHave a progressive spirit and a willingness to learnIII.
