Production Manager

Manage and oversee daily gummy candy production operations.

Ensure achievement of production targets, efficiency, yield, and quality standards.

Monitor manpower, production schedules, materials, and equipment utilization.

Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, HACCP and BRCGSrequirements.

Analyze production data, downtime, rejects, and process losses, and implement improvements.

Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

Coordinate closely with quality, Engineering , Warehouse, planning departments.

Ensure proper implementation of SOP's work instructions and safety procedures.

Develop and coach production supervisors and personnel.

Prepare and monitor production reports and key performance indicators.

Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a Related Field

At least 5 years of managerial experience specifically within food manufacturing

Experience in gummy candy, confectionery, or similar food production is highly preferred.

Experience in production planning, manpower management, and process improvement.

Technical Knowledge:

Deep understanding of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and BRCGS regulations

Core Skills:

Strong leadership, data-driven analytical skills, and problem-solving skills,
