Production Manager (Trưởng phòng sản xuất - Ngành nhựa)

Production & Operational Management: Direct and supervise daily production activities, machine trials, and mass production in accordance with PPIC schedules and customer specifications. Monitor and evaluate shift production reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall operational efficiency. Analyze production issues, customer complaints, and implement effective Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA). Continuously optimize production processes, machine utilities, and technology to improve productivity and reduce waste. Quality, Safety & Compliance: Enforce strictly 5S, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations, and product safety/legality standards. Maintain and control production documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 and BRCGS/BRC IOP standards. People Management & Leadership: Lead, develop, and train production staff and technicians to enhance technical competence and skills. Conduct fair performance evaluations and maintain a positive, high-performing working environment. Cross-functional & External Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Work with machinery suppliers and customers regarding technical
