JOB PURPOSEServe as key coordination interface between Key Account Manager (KAM), Customers, and internal Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs).Ensure projects are delivered on time, within the approved budget, and according to required quality standards.Build a strong and capable Project Leader team to support current and future business growth.RESPONSIBILITIESProject Leaders team buildingProject Leader’s performance evaluationAPQP procedures build up and update(Request For Quote) RFQ files provided to KAM or GMCommunication with KAM or customer to make clear of all customer requirementsInternal kick off meeting, CFT team build and information transferring (customer requirement, timing, target)Project process control (including budget, timing, quality and sourcing)Internal project communication with CFT membersPPAP files collection and submitRisk managementCustomer audit supportEngineering change (from customer) process controlWhole project APQP process managementSupport after SOPProject status report to Managing Director. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering fields.Project management experience in Automotive Industry.Knowledge of carbon fiber industry.Project Management: Project planning, timeline, budget, risk and issue management. Automotive Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC. IATF 16949: Understanding and application in project execution and product realization.
