PURCHASING CLERK

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Candidate must have a Valid Drivers licensed and be capable of driving motorcycle or four-wheeled vehicle.

With relevant work experience in purchasing, logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management.

Knowledgeable in sourcing suppliers, and preparing purchase orders

Familiar with inventory monitoring, stock receiving, issuance and warehouse documentation.

Able to coordinate deliveries, monitor shipments and ensure timely procurement of materials and supply

Computer litereate particulary in MS Word, Excel and inventory purchasing system.

Good communication skills , negotiation and coordination skills

Willing to conduct supplier visit, pick up materials and performed field work as required.

At least 1-2 years experience in purchasing, logistics and warehouse operation

Experience in construction materials purchasing is an advantage

Familiarity with suppliers canvassing ,delivery, receipts, purchase request and inventory report
