Purchasing Staff - Overseas Procurement

· Source and purchase overseas raw materials, packaging and other required materials.· Prepare RFQs, compare quotations and support supplier negotiations.· Issue and follow up purchase orders, delivery schedules and shipping documents.· Coordinate import shipments with suppliers, forwarders, Planning, Warehouse and Finance.· Monitor material availability, lead time and shipment status.· Maintain supplier, purchasing and import documentation.· Support supplier evaluation, cost reduction and alternative-source development.· Monitor international material prices and purchasing conditions. · Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Economics or related field.· 1-3 years of overseas purchasing/import experience preferred.· Very Good English communication and negotiation skills.· Knowledge of Incoterms, import/export and shipping documents is preferred.· Strong coordination, analytical and Excel skills.Key CompetenciesInternational Purchasing & Supplier ManagementNegotiation & Communication SkillsImport Documentation & Customs KnowledgeCost Analysis & Purchase Order ManagementPlanning, Follow-up & Attention to DetailAbout us: Viet-Thai Plastchem🕐 07:30 – 16:30 | Monday – Friday📅 Days off: Saturday & Sunday.🏭 Working EnvironmentProfessional, stable and friendly manufacturing environment💰 Salary / IncomeCompetitive salary, negotiable based on
