Quality Assurance (QA) Manager – Food Industry

Lead and control the implementation of food safety systems, laboratory management systems in compliance with BRC, ISO 17025Oversee and control product quality through effective sampling, inspection, and laboratory testing processesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to upgrade facilities and infrastructure to meet and exceed food safety standardsPlan and optimize resources for laboratory testing and quality inspection to ensure operational efficiency and accuracyEnsure strong teamwork, collaboration, and cooperation within the departmentSafeguard company assets, including technology and equipment, and ensure compliance with confidentiality policies and information security regulationsManage and coordinate second-party and third-party audits, ensuring full compliance and successful certification outcomesManage and continuously improve the laboratory management system, ensuring effective implementation and ongoing enhancement Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related fieldMinimum 10 years of experienceAt least 5 years in a QA Manager positionMinimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturingSolid experience in managing QA/QC teamsStrong knowledge of: GMP, HACCP, BRC standards, ISO 17025, in addition to Halal, Kosher, Organic, UEBT, RA.Good analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesCandidates currently living in Binh Duong or Dong Nai are preferred Ngành nghề: Thực phẩm & Đồ uống, Quản lý chất lượng (QA/QC), Sản xuất / Vận hành sản xuất Kinh nghiệm: 10 Năm Cấp bậc: Quản lý Hình thức: Nhân viên chính thức Địa điểm: Bình Dương
