Your role & responsibilitiesOversee the research and development of textile and apparel productsDevelop and implement strategies for new material development and commercializationPlan and manage research projectsAnalyze industry trends and reflect market needsCollaborate with international teams and conduct global R&D projectsPrepare research reports and publish papersProvide technical support and cooperation with clients and partnersManage laboratories and guide research personnelYour skills & qualificationsMaster’s degree or higher in Textile Engineering or a related field (Ph.D degree)Over 20 years of relevant experienceMore than 10 years of experience in laboratories or textile manufacturingDeep understanding of textile and material scienceStrongly prefer who has high knowledge and experience on dyeing processProven experience in research and development project managementStrong data analysis and experimental design skillsLeadership and teamwork capabilitiesProblem-solving and innovative thinkingExperience in global R&D projectsExperience with quality certifications such as ISO 9001:2015Experience in collaborating with multinational teamsProficiency in English.Open to candidates of all nationalitiesBenefits for you Theo chính sách công ty
