Annual Remuneration cycle coordination and consolidation from countries submission.Manpower planning.Talent planning & Sales force assessment.FUSION Control & Management.Support Remuneration & Analytics Manager for any special data gathering / project

from Group/ Region/ Projects. Preferred fields of study include Data Analytics, Human Resources, Accountancy or related. At least 2 years of experiences in roles with analytics/HR relation.Must have good proficiency in English as this role requires daily English usage.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office usage (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Exposure to Power BI, Power Query, VBA, etc. is a plus.Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and teamwork skills.Strong sense of accountability, can-do attitude, and the ability to adapt and learn quickly.Resilient and persistent in problem solving and task completion.
