Main tasksReserve booking as required by the Sales Department- Reserve / revise / finalise / follow / reconfirm bookings sent by the Sales Department- Update and discuss the new suppliers and products with the Contracting and Product Department.
Update suppliers’ amendment and inform concerning departments: Sales, Contracting, Marketing, and Production- Conduct monthly payable report and transfer the report to the Operation ManagerMonitor, supervise and solve problems arising from suppliers- Pre-check services to make sure all services are reserved before the client’s arrival- Directly solve problems arising during the tour and take responsibility for any problems arising and any additional costsUpdate the issues in the issue reports and transfer them to the Quality Control Department2. Other Tasks- Review supplier quality with the Contracting / Production Department- Update and implement all commitments, policies and guidelines about Sustainability 1. Competency- Fluent in English & Japanese language- Experience working and coordinating with Japanese suppliers is required.
Good knowledge of the Tourism field, Hotel and Tourism Management- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and strong decision-making skills- Good communication skills- Good planning and organisational skills to balance and prioritise work- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)2. EducationUniversity: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Hotel / Tourism / Foreign languages / Economy or other related fields3.
