**Project admin:
Support project documentation
Support sourcing for products project needs
Issuing PO for project & make sure delivery is on schedule
Follow up and prepare documents on project billing
Prepare workers timesheet
Collating all invoices and send to Accounting Department for processing
Support project manager in preparing all the tender documents
Other administrative work
**Sales admin:
Provide the Administration for Sales Engineers and Managers
Indoor sales activities
call customer and follow up on quotations/ queries
Generate quotation o Prepare sales contract
Filling all POs and contract
Education: Bachelor degree in business administration or foreign trade.
Customer service or client management
Communication
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in automation equipment.
