Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and ensure smooth customer engagement. salary : RM3000-RM4000 Key Responsibilities :

Prepare sales quotations, process orders, and respond to customer enquiries.

Coordinate effectively with customers, sales personnel, and internal teams.

Monitor order and job status, following up on outstanding actions.

Maintain accurate records of sales, customers, and jobs, including all related documentation.

Assist with delivery scheduling, logistics coordination, and other administrative tasks.

Perform additional duties as required to support overall sales operations.

Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.

1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or customer service preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Detail oriented with excellent follow up and coordination abilities.

Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
