Sales Director (Knit Garment EU/USA market)

Your role & responsibilitiesExpand market presence by making business strategy and improving the performance of the USA & EU team with competent knowledge of vertical production (spinning, weaving, knitting, sewing, dyeing).Develop & execute sales strategies to achieve revenue & profitability targets.Build strong client relationships and develop new buyers.Collaborate with merchandising, production & supply chain teams for seamless order execution.Manage and develop teams with proper capability to serve company business strategy.Your skills & qualificationsProven experience in business development and sales management in textile & garment industryStrong background in the knit garment industry for the EU/USA marketAbility to develop and implement effective growth strategiesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsLeadership and team management experienceDeep understanding of market trends and customer needsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textile/Fashion Design or a related fieldProficiency in English (both written and spoken)Open to expatriates and candidates willing to relocateBenefits for you 13th-month salary, KPI-based bonuses, performance allowances Life insurance & health insurance Lunch allowance for employees
