Sales Manager - Ha Noi (Steel Structure)

Identify, develop and nurture customers and potential projects in the construction and steel structure sector.Approach customers and advise on technical solutions and cost-optimized options that fit project needs.Negotiate terms and execute contract signing.Develop business plans; track and report sales performance on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis.Collect and analyze sales data and propose solutions to improve business performance.Coordinate with relevant departments during project implementation to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.Work with the Marketing team on seminars, events, brand promotion and market development.Train, coach and support sales staff on professional knowledge, sales skills and market-specific requirements.Propose improvements to products, services and work processes to enhance operational efficiency.
