Sales Manager (Outdoor Furniture)

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify new international business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments by yourself in Outdoor Furniture.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability.Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align promotional activities and product launches with sales objectives.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the brand and products.Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.Train new sales staff and provide ongoing coaching and development.
