Description

Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business opportunities. Follow up with customers and support new business projects. Support product development by recommending materials and providing samples. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, quotations, and presentations. Achieve sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships. Prospect and acquire new customers in the Malaysia market. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and payment follow-up. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution. Monitor market trends and provide feedback to management. Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, and business travel as required. Report any quality, product safety, environmental, health & safety, or counterfeit part issues to the superior.
