Sales & Marketing Specialist

At Limitless Marketing Sdn Bhd, we specialize in outsourced sales and marketing solutions, helping our clients expand their market reach through face-to-face marketing, direct sales, events and roadshows. We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to develop their communication, sales and business development skills while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. This role offers an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sales and marketing, take part in client campaigns and develop leadership capabilities through structured training and mentorship. For individuals who demonstrate strong performance, initiative and leadership potential, there may be opportunities to progress into Team Leader, campaign management and business development leadership roles, with a longer-term pathway towards business ownership.

Sales & Business Development: Engage potential customers, identify sales opportunities and contribute to business growth through direct customer interaction.

Face-to-Face Marketing: Represent our clients professionally through promotional campaigns, customer engagement and brand awareness activities.

Events & Roadshows: Participate in on-ground marketing activities, exhibitions, promotional events and roadshows at various locations.

Client Representation: Communicate product and service information clearly while building positive customer relationships.

Campaign Execution: Work collaboratively with the team to implement marketing strategies and achieve campaign objectives.

Performance Development: Work towards individual and team targets while continuously improving sales techniques, communication and presentation skills.

Leadership Development: Participate in coaching and mentorship, with opportunities to guide new team members and take on additional responsibilities as you progress.

What We're Looking For

Fresh graduates, SPM leavers and career switchers are encouraged to apply

No prior sales or marketing experience is required; training will be provided

Good communication and interpersonal skills

A positive attitude, willingness to learn and openness to feedback

Comfortable interacting with people in a face-to-face environment

Able to work collaboratively while taking ownership of individual responsibilities
