Sales Representative - Industrial Paper

Your role & responsibilitiesProspecting & Lead GenerationIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Research market trends and potential clients to expand the customer base. Sales ExecutionPresent, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing customers. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up on leads. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels. Gather feedback to improve products/services and sales strategies. Reporting & CollaborationTrack sales activities and report progress to management.Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to align efforts.Your skills & qualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus5+ years of sales experience(entry-level candidates with strong motivation will also be considered)Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goalsBasic computer skills and familiarity with office toolsFrequent travels required. Preferred (Nice-to-Have): Experience in paper and packaging industriesProven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targetsMultilingual abilities (English or Chinese)
