Sales Tour Inbound (English/ French/ German/Italian Speaking)

*** What we are looking for…An enthusiastic, engaged sales person and travel professional who is willing to join our Sales Team in Hanoi, Vietnam. She or he is a Vietnamese native, speaking English fluently and French or German or Italian adequately.She/he is looking to work in a multi-cultural and professional environment with international clients on a high-end level, while nurturing her/his skills and wishing to share her/his passion for their country & traveling.She/he is passionate on countryside, rural and off-the-beaten path areas, eager to consult and offer programs for nature and active lover travelers.She/he can be ready for any inspection trip to create the new active products and/or to work with Operation to make sure services for active groups on spot.***

via skype, emails or phone;- Advising clients and keeping abreast of the market news and the forthcoming products;- Elaborating tour programs according to clients’ requests and following the Sales Department procedures;- Collecting marketing documents and providing additional information to clients (about the destination and the products) in order to boost sales;- Making calculations and sending quotations;- Co-operating with the operation and accounting departments to follow up and ensure the completion of the tour programs created;- Attending team meeting.
