Your role & responsibilitiesBe responsible for conducting and delivering key training sessions (products, sales processes, soft skills,etc..) for ATALINK customers /partners and Sales TeamBased on clients' requirement, present the affective solutions to clientsCommunicate with and meet with clients when needed. following company scope and product development orientationWork on projects with internal (CS, BA, S&M) and external team, constantly recommend solutions for improvement.Ensure to fully support CS team working under Account Manager to perform the function of gathering customer requirements, analyzing, classifying, conveying all requests or suggestions about products to BA and Development team in a constructive, simple and effective way following ATALINK’s compliance and standardMinimize the support of BA and Developer in receiving and updating project information for customersConnect team members through team building and non-work activitiesSupport Customer Support Team with technical knowledgeAny other tasks assignedYour skills & qualificationsBachelor degree in Information Technology, Information Management System or Business AdministrationCertified Management Consultant or other is a plus+ 3 years of business analysis and customer relationship management experience in product developmentFamiliar with Solutions/Products of top vendors in industry such as CRM, DMS, ERP is a plusGood knowledge of software engineeringGood business process modeling skillStrong communication, mentoring, and negotiation skills with stakeholdersGood at problem solving and consultingAttention to detail, organization skill and easy to talk to peopleFluent EnglishBenefits for you Attractive salary and
