Handle booking/document; arrange trucking related to shipping activities by sea for both import/export cargo, mainly focus sea export.
Liaise with customers, agents to follow up their needs.
Track and tracing cargo, billing to customer on-time.
Solve customers’ inquiry timely and follow up working process.
Other tasks required by Managers.
