Senior Account Executive

Senior Account Executive’s Scope of Works:

Handle and maintain a full sets of Account until Audit closing.

Prepare financial reporting (i.e: monthly, quarterly and yearly).

Monitor & perform bank matters and cash flow management (i.e: Bank balance, bank reconciliation, Monitor operational expenses and cash utilization & etc).

Preparation for Audit and submission of Taxation (i.e: liaise with auditor, tax agent, relevant authorities & etc).

Team Coordination & Supervision (i.e: Supervise & guide finance team members within the department).

System & Process Improvement (i.e: Maintain proper accounting records & accounting systems).

Support Project & Cost Monitoring (i.e: Support project accounting, budgeting and cost monitoring for ongoing projects).

Payroll & Finance Administration (i.e: Support finance-related administrative matters when required).

Prefer who has Degree or equivalent in accounting/finance field.

Prefer who has four (4) years and above of accounting/finance experiences

Proficient in accounting software (SQL / AutoCount / UBS / etc.)

Willing to learn and fast learner.

Able to work under pressure within time constrain

Able to do ad hoc works at all time.

Able to work in a team as group.

Able to liaise with third parties (i.e: clients, contractors, suppliers, Site Office Staff, debtors & etc).
