The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise, architectural thinking, and the ability to mentor team members while ensuring system reliability, security, and performance.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Core Platform DevelopmentDesign and build NestJS services and APIs for voting, ticketing, and fan engagement features that stay fast and stable during live-event traffic spikes.Guarantee correctness under concurrency: accurate vote counts, no duplicate votes, no ticket overselling, and idempotent payment handling.Use Redis as a core building block: caching, atomic counters, rate limiting, and distributed locks.Design asynchronous processing with SQS and RabbitMQ to absorb sudden load and decouple services.Model data across MongoDB, DynamoDB, and PostgreSQL, choosing the right store and access pattern for each workload.Integrate payment gateways and social platforms, including callbacks, retries, and reconciliation.

Your Skills and Experience Experience5+ years in back-end development, including 3+ years with Node.js in production.Proven experience building and operating high-traffic, high-concurrency systems.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.Technical skillsNode.js and TypeScript: strong expertise, including the event loop, async patterns, and memory/CPU profiling.NestJS: production experience (modules, dependency injection, guards, interceptors, microservice patterns).Redis: in-depth experience with caching strategies, atomic operations and Lua scripts, distributed locks, rate limiting, and pub/sub or streams.
