Senior Capability Development (CD) Supervisor

Lead and manage capability development and training programs for manufacturing operations to enhance workforce competency, operational excellence, and compliance with company standards and international food safety and quality systems within the beverage industry.Scope of responsibilities1. Training & Capability Development· Develop and implement annual training plans for manufacturing functions· Conduct training programs for Production, Engineering, QA, Warehouse, and Operations teams· Develop and standardize SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), One Point Lessons (OPL), and training materials· Build and maintain competency matrices and skill matrices for manufacturing employees· Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, observations, and performance tracking· Coordinate onboarding and operational training programs for new employees· Develop internal trainers and support coaching activities for supervisors and operators.
