Senior Consultant - HR Outsourcing Services

Purpose of the position:The HR Outsourcing Senior Consultant will be responsible for managing activities related to clients and contractors contain Labor management, Payroll Processing, Consultancy. This role will work closely with clients and contractors under closed supervision to provide services with high quality and in a timely manner.Job Accountabilities:A. Achieve Financial & Business Growth Targets:Be responsible for achieving individual financial targets and contributing to team revenue goals.Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell HR Outsourcing services within existing accounts.Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, service presentations, and client meetings.Monitor account profitability and service performance.Follow up client payments and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely collections.B. HR Outsourcing Services Process:1. Outsourcing Services Delivery:Lead end-to-end HR Outsourcing service delivery, including onboarding/offboarding, labor administration, payroll, insurance, PIT finalization, and employee-related matters.Review service outputs to ensure accuracy, quality, compliance, and SLA commitment.Manage annual health check programs and monthly invoicing.Conduct client meetings and provide solutions for operational and labor-related issues.
