Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and hands-on Senior Finance Manager (ideally aged 35-45) to oversee the financial performance of our parent holding company and its subsidiary units. You will be responsible for full-spectrum financial management, corporate finance activities and driving financial operational efficiency across all entities managed by the company.

Qualification - Bachelor's degree in finance, Accountancy or equivalent. Professional qualification (eg: ACCA, CPA, MIA) is a plus.

Experience - Strong background in full-spectrum finance/accounting, with proven exposure to corporate finance (equity & debt financing operations).

Work Style - Deeply hands-on with strong operational execution capabilities; comfortable managing multiple entities simultaneously.

Location - Must be able to work on-site at SS16, Subang Jaya.

GROUP FINANCIAL MANAGENT. Oversee monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management across the holding company and subsidiary units.

CORPORATE FINANCE Support capital structure planning, equity and debt financing, valuation analysis and fund raising activities.

FINANCIAL OPERATIONS (HANDS-ON)

Handle day-to-day accounting, tax compliance, auditing, and financial control procedures to ensure high accuracy and integrity of financial data.

BUSINESS ADVISORY Partner with group business leads to evaluate commercial performance, analyse ROI on new initiatives, and provide strategic financial advice.

GOVERNANCE & COMPLIANCE Ensure adherence to relevant statutory standards, tax regulations, and internal governance frameworks across all entities. Join us and be a part of a dynamic team driving growth and value across our group of companies.
